11g Sorachi Ace @60
28g Sorachi Ace @ 0
28g Amarillo @ 0
28g Sorachi Ace @ Dry hop
28g Amarillo @ Dry hop

3g Szechuan pepper @ flame out
5g Star Anise @ flame out

Belle Saison yeast

That's either going to be really nice or really not! I'd be happy to test it though...

My feeling is the yeast will dominate. Belle Saison generally does.

I've got some Belle Saison to use in a summer beer. Any suggestions would be welcome. Not sure about the rhubarb one yet.

I've not tried enough Saisons to appreciate how yours will taste. As Adrian said, sounds like it will be great, or not.

It's not mine it's my mate's, but I'll get some. He's got a similar one bottled that I sampled today, it was really nice. Had bergamot orange peel in it, very nice addition.
