I've adapted this from the kit recipe. Looks like a very nice, simple brew to me. 

20 litres
OG 1049
FG 1011
ABV 5%
IBUs  36

Pale Malt 3300
Wheat malt 500
Dark crystal 250
Pale Choc 250

Columbus 15g @ 60
Columbus 50g @ 0
Columbus 30 g Dry

US05 or similar yeast

I like the look of it, I love brown ales with yankie hops and I love Columbus. I think mine and Steve's tastes are converging. [rofl]

I realise Steve will have to take the wheat out. Just replace with pale, maybe some Carapils.

I will be brewing this soon, also i will be brewing Denny's Noti Brown again i loved the stuff, i'm going to brew Denny's twice though, the first as to the original recipe and the second replacing the Choc malt with Pale Choc.

Denny's brown is great. I'd reduce the ABV myself though. [crazy]
