Brews this yesterday. First time I've played with water adjustments. See what it turns out like.

Look's like a good ale that does Matt, two of my favourite English hops, Challenger and Fuggles, i do love my Fuggles[smile]

I'm quite fancying doing a all Challenger brew soon.

I made this before only with some chocolate malt in to make it darker. But I swapped the goldings and challenger round in last one so lots of challenger at the end was lovely!! So thought I'd make it paler and see what goldings can bring to the party this time. I've used S04 on butters before and we're good. But this yeast is lovely. Needs a blow off though as it goes mental!! Currently 20° but may go 2° warmer and see if it brings out some yeasty goodness.
