I'd need to get Simcoe, Ahtanum & Centennial in to do this, as well as the yeast (unless I just go with CML US Pale), but this is very tempting. I don't have brew planned for the next session (in a fortnight), so food for thought [smile]

I also don't have the yeast, but i'm tempted just to use the CML Kolsch, more money going Steven's way on the hops though.

I know but it's not essential. A neutral ale yeast will do the same job.
