well hats off to ya greg that was awesome. sour and fruity from the initial opening like fizzy refreshers. then on the taste getting the sour and the the really fruity after taste so many flavors going on wow. the taste was rather familiar couldn't put my finger on it to start with. then had a few more sips I could. it reminded me when i previously had been to cheddar and bought a 5ltr plastic bottle of West country scrumpy. and it had the same hit as that at the start of this. is weird how memories are brought back by taste. the only reason I can think of them being the same is that when making the cider they most probably reuse the same yeast over and over which may get some wild yeast in there like the brett. but anyway greg well done that was beautiful. thanks for the post. that defo on my to do list. lovely drop there greg won me over.
