A nice addition to the library yesterday for Father's Day (don't think the kids are old enough to take credit so well done the wife). Also, should help me on my way to brewing my first sour beer at some point over the next few months.

Planning a Berliner Weiss which looks to be one of the early chapters. Opening pages have been interesting enough. I'll give some more thoughts once I'm further in.

That's where I'm hoping to start as well. A kettle sour lactic acid job. I've had very few sour beers over the years and know of no gluten free options so the only way to find out if I like them is to get brewing!!

They’re an acquired taste but I love Berliner Weiss. I think the fruit combination will be great
