Get yourself some lactobacillus tabs from Holland & Barret and do a quick kettle souring. Weisse yeast
Feeling an english bitter ? I can reccomend my GK Abbot Reseve ESB as a base
But with your hops, I'd say Bitter with magnum to 35-40 IBUs, and chuck in a healthy dose of Fuggles and Bramling X for another 10 IBUs or so in the whirlpool

Then maybe a stout, or a Belgian Dark ale ?
