Wouldn't it be fantastic to have your own proper English bitter in a cask?

It would just be what I brew now
Assuming I have three taps it would always be a combo of

Something very hoppy
A bitter
Something different and probably European (weiss/wit type thing)

Thatโ€™s basically the categories I think in!

Residents :

Lager / Kolsch
English Bitter
IPA
Dark brew - Porter or Stout

Turbo Cider ๐Ÿ˜‹

Rotation:

Belgian Pale/Golden/Dark
DIPA
Dark lager or Bock

The Stout naturally would be on Nitro.

I normally have a bitter on one tap and something more seasonal on the other.

In the cooler months it will either be a ruby ale or a stout and when it warms up, one of either a lager, a kolsch, a blonde ale or my elderflower ale.

My current line up on the kegorator and keezer is:

English IPA
Dry Stout
American Amber
Pilsner
Low ABV IPA
English Amber

again kind of similar to the developing theme!

well clearly I must be a borderline alcoholic [rofl] but the wife puts away her fair share and plenty of family and friends who are happy to pop round and assist with killing kegs [rofl] with that and taking stuff to various brew clubs and occasionally sending out beer mails etc it always seems to go quite quick...

Lining up the beers is not a problem, I can do that, I have four kegs... it's the decorative and organisational aspect that I am shite at ... check out the Dog & Partridge on Youtube ... I would like something like that.  And his Dudeness's set up looks interstellar compared to mine. And Tigermoth, obviously methodical to say the least ... How do you people do it ?

Care, time and a little effort ๐Ÿ˜‰ there's no rocket science to most of the setups

Hear you on that ...

I was thinking about it yesterday, looking round my brewery I see that most of the stuff in there has more or less come out of a skip, it's all old kit & cast offs, it doesn't help.
