Think best so far has been the Wilkos kit stout brew with partial mash pale and cystal hopped with target. as only done a few simple ipas so far.

finally found the recipe in my thread

wilkos velvet stout with a steeped grain and 1 kg of lme.
well the grains are steeping away nicely for my Wilkos velvet stout kit.
I have 580g of grain which are roughly 500g of pale 50g of cara and 15g of choc and 3 cups of toasted oats and then 10g of target at flame out.
I like my water with barley and hops

My Hefeweizen.
250g carawheat steeped for 30mins @ 68C
2x1.5kg coopers wheat Lme (60 minute boil)
20g hallertau tradition (60minute boil)
1/2 Whirfloc tablet (10 mins from the end of boil)
Wlp300 hefeweizen yeast (kept fermentation temp around 17.5C)

Turned out better than I could have ever hoped for.
