Dry hopped this morning with 18g Apollo and 70g of centennial. The brew was still actively fermenting which should help minimise any oxidation.

The aroma from the pelleted hops was amazing. Fingers crossed 🙂

Kegged this beer and bottled 5x500ml bottles. The final gravity ended up at 1.004, which is a bit of a surprise. My last beer also finished very low at 1.003. Both were fermented with SA05 US pale. I dry hopped both while the beer was actively fermenting and have read that this can lead to lower than expected final gravity. This beer is now sitting at 6.1% which is a little higher than I was ettling for.

Taste wise, it is pure orange 🍊
