I've been trying hard to keep it going I've drank all you supplies. and managed to get a batch of cider on last night just to say I have something on. I have to get a brew on soon it's killing me I just have had no time with work and home life brewing has been on the back burner. hoping that the nights drawing in now will help me out a little. so much to do so little time.

and the Internet had been down at work for the last month so no sneeky logins in the forum.

the yeast's I did the other week it was 50 50 I managed to keep the the Belgium yeasts will transfer tonight and get a stater going had the elerflower pale to grind and to raid my stocks and see what else I can make.

grain order is going to have to be done very soon. have gone to the dark side as pinto would say. as the air is getting colder the dark beers are looking good at the moment.

here's hoping I can pick my brewing up once again made two new kettles so fingers crossed I can get something done [smile]

I had this last year. Started using mini kegs and there beer turned out average (oxidation?). Got fed up with drinking average beer.

Went back to bottles and my beer is currently better than ever!

Don't give up, it's a really rewarding way yo spend a few hours.

Get back on it Justin you won't regret it once that first bottle is cracked.
I find it hard to get brews in between work, Tesco, kids and all the other stuff but that just makes it all the more desirable!

Dude it's like less than a minute drive away and I can do a weeks shop in store quicker than fannying about online! I have two kids remember. That's a lot of clicking.

Justin, it happens to us all. Well, everyone except Steve anyway.  [rofl]

Just get a brew on when you can. I do think a crafty kit tweak is a good idea. Steep some grain, boil some hops, whack it all in the FV.

Funny that is! By the time I spent today trying to get my internet back on and finishing work stuff I just could not be bothered, it’s one of very few weekends that I have not brewed and feel a bit robbed of my weekend tbh😡.

I feel you pain, Justin - what time I've had lately not taken up with work or preparing for the new brew assistant has been squandered with lay-ins and my latest aquisition...

https://kerbalspaceprogram.com/en/ [rofl]

Its bloody addictive, I tell thee.... but I sit here and feel guilty as my brew fridge is empty and my last brew has been conditioning for a fortnight already - will probably be cracking the first one tomorrow night.  Just the physical act of getting my brew on has proved harder than I'd have liked.  As you say, it's a Mojo thing - and mine has been very lax of late.

Someone come down and kick my ass, would ya ? [rofl]
Beer is like porn - you can buy it easily enough, but its so much more fun to make it [wink]
