12% Vienna
6%  Carapils
3%  Crystal 60 EBC

10g Magnum @ 60
15g Cascade @ flame out - 15 Steep
15g Chinook @ flame out - 15 Steep
20g Simcoe @ flame out - 15 Steep
15g Chinook Dry hop
15g Ekuanot Dry hop
20g Simcoe Dry hop

US-05

Ended up with 13.5 litres at 1050, half a litre over and grain wasn't as crushed as usual. Should work out fine.

It was a very enjoyable morning but the beer is for someone else. I'll hopefully get a bottle or two. Going round again in a couple of weeks to brew a couple of beers with tea in them cos his son works for a company that imports very fancy teas of various types.

Marble brewery does a very nice Earl Grey IPA.

I had an Earl Grey IPA from a home brewer daaan saaarf, who does well in the comps, it was one of the nicest beers I've had.... works so well with the hops.  I'll be trying it at some point.
