Sorry for not replying sooner, they sent me a mail shot for this offer starts Monday.

Apparently the powder is more expensive but as it is without all of the leaf material it is twice as potent (? allegedly)
Remains to be tested , worth a pack or two to find out!

It is definitley more potent.  For example, the Citra cryo hops come in in excess of 22.4% alpha...although it's a waste to use them for bittering.  If you can get it, I recommend the pelletized version over the powder.  Much easier to use.

I wouldn't use a hop like citra for bittering, it's more about whether the hop oils and resins express themselves more added late or steeped at the end of teh boil.

it would be useful to make a batch, split it at flame out and add ordinary and Cryo hops to have a direct comparison of how the taste and aroma carry through to see if it's worth the extra cost!

IMO, using any cryo variety for bittering would be a waste.  Late kettle and dry hopping is where they shine.

I'm going to restock on Mosaic, so will give this a try.

Has anyone got any experience with it?

Edit, the cryo hops version.

Dude has used the cryo hops, think he did a video, not sure what hop it was. Citra possibly.

I have used a lot of varieties of cryo, including Mosaic.  Fortunately they've stopped making the powder and it only comes as pellets now.

Not worth trying then? I did wonder how you would get the dry hop powder out of the beer.
