and possibly other good brew vendors

they look really interesting, sour cherry funk in particular sounds wonderful. Lots of sour and brett including a berliner weiss blend, which hopefully will make that particular brew a bit simpler. Might now find its way on to my to do list for next year

I've heard very good reports on Gigayeast's, especially the Vermont IPA... although maybe just more people have tried that one.

They do a tropical ipa which is same as the wlp644 I used (and loved) but brewuk don’t seem to have it
Quite pricey too, but perhaps enough new going on to justify a tenner, especially if you get two or three brews out of it.

Remember these are also 200bil cells, so twice the yeast for your money.

Some interesting yeasts there, and the cost over WLP or Wyeast is maginal tbh.
Beer is like porn - you can buy it easily enough, but its so much more fun to make it [wink]

They say no starter but I would. Maybe split the pack , make starter from half and store the rest.
Def interested in the Berliner weiss

You only need lacto for a Berliner, seems extravagant to me to buy one of these.

Maybe, not sure it'll be much easier. It's easy anyway.
