I converted it to AG from this kit plus grains and hops recipe:

Little Creatures Pale Ale
1 x tin Coopers Lager (1.7kg)
1 x tin Coopers Light Malt Extract (1.5kg)
250g Light crystal
15 g Chinook @ 15 mins
15 g Cascade @ 15 mins
10g each of cascade and Chinook, dry hopped
Yeast - US05
Top up to 20L for OG 1.048, IBU ~30, IBU ~4.7%

I've seen it in a few bottle shops. Waitrose sell it sometimes too. I drank slot of this in Perth and did a tour round their brewery last year. It's a nice beer. They and did an IPA which was lovely.

Cheers Bungle. Maybe the Galaxy is a recent addition, maybe not.

Wasn't galaxy overload in taste. But you could deffo taste it. I'd never had Galaxy before this so was keen to find out what the flavour was when I pottered round the brewery. They also ha e their own yeast culture and that's why the brewery is called ' little creatures ' in referring be to the yeast that does the magic. I sound like the bloody tour guide now!!

Actually yeast isn't creatures, it's fungi. Denny isn't the only one who puts mushrooms in beer. But I like the idea of the name.

Galaxy and Vic Secret are both top quality hops.

Never used Bic Secret. Would a single hop be good with it?

Yes. I had a Vic Secret single hop at Cloudwater tap, really good.
