Just asked her ladyship and the answer was quite fizzy so upwards of 5g, not a fizzy man meself

When i was doing kits Chris i used to use 1 teaspoon per 500ml bottle and that was good for a lager.

Maybe 120-140g then, for 20 litres. 6-7g per litre.

Steve never saw your reply first time round, two weeks of nights and a brain like cotton wool ! Pretty sure level teaspoon comes out around the weight Clibit mentioned so thats the way i will go.
