blast!....I need to get some more bottles for this as I bottled my latest brew last night and all my bottles are now in use.

A question: the H+B malt extract comes in 650g jars, the recommendation was 1kg DME.

so..... What ABV will one 650g jar come out at versus using two 650g jars?

I did a Coopers Stout with 1kg BE and 454g HB malt extract, Mauribrew 514 that came out at 6.2%. Having a mini-break it got 4 weeks in the FV. And whilst very nice every single bottle was a gusher without exception. They were 500ml primed with 1/2tsp of sugar so nothing drastic, it did have an Ella hop tea in it.
