Anyone else store their beer in the shed? This coming week is supposed to be pretty chilly, forecast for -4C on Tuesday here.

Hopefully my beer won't freeze! I'm working on the assumption that the shed will offer a little protection, as will the cardboard boxes the bottles are in. This is based on nothing scientific at all.

Of course, I could bring it all indoors, but that seems like a lot of effort.

Blanket or duvet over the top of em will keep them above freezing, should you want to got to that extent.
Beer is like porn - you can buy it easily enough, but its so much more fun to make it [wink]

The alcohol will provide some protection too.

Don't really have any spares. Probably just cross my fingers and hope for the best!

Put them in the bedroom under the double duvet. Should do the trick...

I've bottled it (geddit!?). As we are going away tomorrow, I've bought it all indoors. I think I would actually cry if I came back to a load of frozen beer.

I'm interested to see if my cheap chinese tube heater can keep the temperature high enough in my FV in the garage. Otherwise I might be crash cooling a bit earlier than anticipated...
