I've nearly got my full set up done so Will be brewing quite a lot. Got the camera book with recipes and can get ingredients from malt Miller. Only thing with it is dosent say how much water to use. You done any of these recipes? Thanks
total water required + brew length + boil off + hops absorption ( 12 % of hop weight ) + grain absorption ( 20 % of grain weight ) + tun dead space.
Mash in with 2.5 - 3.5 water to grain mixture, these days I do a full volume mash.
