An article on byo.com that starts with a discussion of whats happening to American IPAs, and then provides 5 award winning home brew recipes. The move is towards more drinkable IPAs apparently. Drier, less bitter, with lots of whirl pool and dry hops.

Here are a couple of the recipes. The first one has some white wheat and oats, lovely hop combo and Vermont yeast. Nice. The second one is pretty conservative with the hops, and quite traditional really. Simple but looks good.

This looks solid too. I like the idea of 20% Vienna malt in an IPA with Cascade and Centennial.
