Once the kids have all done one I'm going re-organise and I'll have more time and space. I don't really need wine in my life but I'm interested in trying it. My dad used to do them back in the day, some were ok.

It's dead easy to do a gallon at a time. Leave it in a dj and deal with it when you are ready. I have still got fruit from last year in the freezer so I need to get another couple of gallons on the go to free up some room for this years harvest.

Racked both djs onto stabiliser tonight and had a taste of each. Both are full of gorgeous fruit flavour and with just a wee touch of sugar make for a lovely drop of plonk. We will enjoy these🍷🍷🍷

Nice one Greg, I've got four or five gallons of Rhubarb wine that has been sat in the FV for a few months now, will bottle it before christmas, no rush got plenty from previous years and I'm actually drinking some now. [thumb]
